The Great Ouse Ferry runs between Godmanchester & Brampton Mill.
Pick up points are at the Brampton Mill & the recreation ground over the old Chinese Bridge in Godmanchester.
Whilst enjoying the wildlife that is on the river you can bring your own picnic and drinks, or stop off and have lunch at Brampton Mill or in one of the many pubs in Godmanchester.
If you are feeling a little more energetic, take a one way ticket and either walk to or back from the Mill following the footpath across Portholme meadow.
The ferry is also available for private functions and can include trips to Houghton, St. Ives, Buckden & further.
